Return Policy

All orders are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please send an email with photos within 10 days of delivery to kperreaultcreates@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Once your order has been submitted, KPerreault Creates is unable to accommodate any changes to your order or preorder, including order cancelation requests, changes to ordered items, applying discounts, and address revisions.

T-Shirts

T-Shirts ordered from KPerreault Creates are custom printed just for you and we are unable to accept returns, refunds, etc.

Please review sizing and garment description before purchase as items are nonrefundable. Please expect some garment industry sizing variation.

*Note* There is a special pretreatment used in the printing process, please do not worry if your new shirt has a slight scent or any discoloration. This will disappear after the first wash.
